B e c o m i n g  ~  M e

An interactive personal development workshop for teenagers encompassing important life skills they need to not only survive but thrive through adolescence and beyond. This creative & fun-filled educational experience will present all the knowledge I passionately wish I’d been exposed to in my younger years in an inspiring, motivating, loving, compassionate and kind manner. My quest for this workshop is to:

  1. Strengthen their mind-body-soul connection
  2. Fill their life toolbox with valuable skills
  3. Plant seeds of possibility
  4. Broaden their perspectives
  5. Show real-life examples of seemingly ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things.

By the end, the class will be like a family!

The workshop will take place at my parents’ home in Port Lincoln from 9 am – 4 pm on Tuesday & Wednesday in the school holidays.

Who is this workshop for?

Teenagers who are:

  • Struggling to keep up with the emotional rollercoaster of school, parents expectations, friends, body image insecurities, sports, bullying, and relationships
  • Sometimes feel disconnected and lost
  • Ready to delve inward to learn about themselves, the world and their special personal gifts
  • Eager to step into their power as a wonderfully unique human being
  • Special and want to achieve extraordinary things in life

Curriculum

The students will be given the opportunity to practice self-inquiry & public speaking in a safe and nurturing environment, a skill that is extremely valuable throughout life.

Each day will begin with a grounding guided meditation and breathwork session.

Students will experience “Earthing” a science-backed natural grounding technique to calm nerves, increase focus, and boost energy. Depending on the weather I’d love to work outside on the grass as much as possible!

The art of self-reliance & self-responsibility

I am offering this workshop at $250AUD per student.

Additional Notes

*Please note that students’ phones will be turned off and put away at the start of the day. This is to eliminate distraction. Parents are welcome to text or call Sarah at any time throughout the day to speak to their child.

*Wear comfortable attire – exercise attire recommended plus extra warm clothes if cold. We will have a cozy fire cranking in the classroom.
